(Shown on OS map as The Lodge). Lodge to Hatch Park. Early C19, probably altered mid C19. South front random rubble lias and Ham stone, squared and coursed blue lias east front, decorative patterned clay tile roof with decorative ridge tiles, hipped west end. Plan: 2-cell set gable end to road, south front overlooking entrance to Hatch Park (not included), entrance on north front. Tudor style. South front: one and a half storeys, 2 bays, 2-light arched head casements with painted half-timbered gables projecting through eaves; ground floor left C20 window, right 4-light trefoil headed casement with foiled circles above, right return (east) gable end breaks forward in centre, painted half timbered gable with lunette, 2-light arched head casement ground floor; entrance on north front, 4-centred arch panel door, cantilevered hood porch on brackets, weatherboarded infill to right. A picturesque group.
