Description
Combe Brook is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Lambrook Street, approached via a long drive. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings. The building features a moulded eaves cornice and a pantile roof, with ashlar quoins and a plinth. There are three windows on the sides, each consisting of three lights, with keystones and sash windows that include glazing bars. A lean-to verandah is present, along with a central round-headed doorway that has a moulded surround and a semi-circular fanlight with tracery. The door is half-glazed with panelled reveals. To the left, there is a two-storey l-window extension. Combe Brook, along with No 15 and the Vicarage, forms a group.
