Barn and other outbuildings. C18 modified. Local lias stone cut and squared, some brick dressings; Welsh slate with overhangs to barn, otherwise double Roman clay tiles. Barn of 5 bays with central cross-porch with weatherboarded gables over tall doors; C19 roof trusses; small cottage attached to west as continuation of building: at east end a lean-to, reusing a small ovolo mould timber window. Forming a Z-plan are two open buildings, each of five bays with 5 arches to one flank and 10 to other; 3 centre arches in brick, the centre block having small keystones: the whole contributes much to the setting of Lytes Cary (qv).
