Description

The Manor House is a house from the early 19th century, possibly built on the site of an earlier dwelling. It has a roughcast exterior over rubble and a bitumen-covered slate roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. The building is arranged in a U-plan, with the left wing facing the road. It is two storeys high and has two bays, featuring 16-pane sash windows with louvred shutters. The entrance is located on the rear elevation. The interior has not been viewed, but it may contain features of architectural or historical interest. The house is primarily listed for its contribution to the street scene.
