ST4619 MARTOCK CP EAST STREET (South side)

12/254 No. 41 - GV II Semi-detached cottage. Early C19. Ham stone cut and squared, brickwork to part of east gable; Welsh slate roof, with hipped west gable coming almost to a point to brick chimney stack on east gable. Two storeys, single-bay. Small-pane margined 2-light casement above, and below a 20-pane sash window; to right a Regency pattern 6-flush panel door in plain recess: C20 extension in form of lean-to to west gable. Interior not seen. House on east gable set lower and behind, and not of same build or special interest. Included primarily for group value.
