Description

Moolham is a semi-detached house located on East Street, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from ham stone ashlar and features a plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses, with stepped coped gables and brick chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and consists of two bays. It has hollow chamfer mullioned windows with three lights, which include horizontal bar casements set in slight recesses without labels. The lower bay 1 has a 20th-century part-glazed door in deep recesses with a beaded surround. The interior has not been seen.
