Description

Lullington Court Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It features stone slate and pantile roofs, with some coped verges, and has two brick ridge stacks on the front range and a rendered stack on the rear wing. The building has a "T"-plan and has been refronted in a revival style.

It is two storeys high with an attic and consists of three bays. The windows are three-light moulded stone mullioned windows with stopped labels, except for the centre window on the first floor, which has two lights. The central door opening is framed by a bead-moulded stone surround with an emphasised keystone, and the door itself has nine flush set panels, with the top three being glazed as one. Above the door is a moulded stone hood supported by cut stone brackets.

To the left, there is a pent-roofed outshut with an early 19th-century three-light metal casement window that has glazing bars. The left return features two two-light ovolo-moulded wooden-mullion windows, while the right return has a two-light stone-mullioned window with a stopped label on the first floor and a single attic light above. At the rear, there is a later two-storey wing with two-light stone mullioned windows on the south side, and the remaining windows are casements.
