Description
The lych gate and churchyard wall at the Church of All Saints date from the late 19th century and are designed in a Gothic style. The lych gate features a hipped tile canopy supported by an arch-braced wooden framework, with brackets at the front adorned with quatrefoils, and topped with a wrought iron cruciform finial. It is set on a low rubble plinth and has a pair of gates that match the style of the gate itself. There are rubble piers with dressed caps on either side. The rubble wall extends 5 metres to the south and 30 metres to the north, with a rough capping. This structure is primarily noted for its group value with the adjoining buildings, particularly the Church of All Saints.
