Description

This is a pair of houses located on Brewery Lane, dating from around 1850. They are constructed from limestone rubble with dressed quoins and feature a tiled roof with coped verges and kneelers, along with brick stacks. These are "estate type" cottages, each consisting of two bays and two storeys. The central square-headed doorway is sheltered by a pent-roofed porch supported on slender wooden posts. On either side of the doorway, there are 9-light wooden casements with segmental heads, and the first floor has identical fenestration.
