Description

Rudge Hill House is an early 19th-century house of ashlar construction. It features corner pilasters, a plain band above the ground-floor openings, a string course above the first-floor openings, a moulded cornice, and a parapet with coping. The end stacks are rendered, and the roof is slate to the front, with pantiles to the rear. The facade is symmetrical, with a slight projection of the central bay. It has sash windows with glazing bars. The central doorway is in a shallow, chamfered recess, with a 20th-century panelled door and transom light above. A 20th-century single-storey glazed conservatory has been added to the left side.
