Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed rubble, dressed freestone alternating quoins, coped verges, stone tiled roof, ashlar stacks. Two storeys, 3:2 bays, predominantly 2-light stone mullioned windows, cornice drips, each light with a casement, some with glazing bars, single light window on right of first floor. Two door openings, plank doors in dressed stone surrounds; C20 half glazed porch. One of the hilltop farmsteads established following the Enclosure Act of 1771.
