Description
Warren Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed rubble with dressed freestone alternating quoins, coped verges, and a stone-tiled roof featuring ashlar stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has a symmetrical façade with three bays on the left and two on the right. It predominantly features 2-light stone mullioned windows with cornice drips, and each light has a casement, with some windows including glazing bars. There is a single light window on the right side of the first floor. The farmhouse has two door openings with plank doors set in dressed stone surrounds, and there is a 20th-century half-glazed porch. This farmhouse is one of the hilltop farmsteads established following the Enclosure Act of 1771.
