Built in the early to mid-19th century, it is constructed with a rendered exterior designed to resemble ashlar, and has a slate roof with brick gable stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three windows. These are plate-glass sash windows with margin glazing and stepped voussoirs. The central entrance features a 6-panelled fielded door with a 3-pane overlight, also with stepped voussoirs. Deep eaves are a noticeable feature. The interior has not been inspected.
