Description
This is a derelict farmhouse dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is built on a rubble core and has been rendered, with a triple Roman tile roof and a rendered and brick stack. The house is an example of Gothick style architecture. It has two storeys and originally comprised three bays, with stone mullioned windows featuring 2, 3, and 4 lights respectively, each light with a pointed arch head and a stopped label with enriched spandrels. A central door opening with an ogee head is present, with a plank door. The interior retains contemporary fittings from the period of construction.
