Description
Pilning Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed of rubble with a rendered finish. It features a double Roman tiled roof, with brick gable stacks and an additional stack to the right of the door. The building is two storeys high and has four windows, all of which are sashes in exposed boxes, except for a three-light casement window on the ground floor to the right. The second bay from the right includes a six-panel door with upper lights, topped by a triangular wooden hood. A rear wing has been demolished. Inside, the windows have shutters. At the time of the survey in July 1984, the farmhouse was noted to be in poor condition.
