Description

No 13 on Silver Street is a house dating from around 1780 that has been converted into a shop. The building is rendered and features scribed detailing at the first floor level to mimic ashlar jointing. It has a plain clay tiled roof set between coped gables. The structure is two stories high and includes rustic quoins, a band course, a stone cornice, and a parapet. The shopfront, which is from the 19th or early 20th century, is designed in a Regency style and has a separate door on the left side. Above the shopfront, there are two 16-pane sash windows in plain openings. The interior has not been seen.
