Description

This building comprises three commercial offices dating from the early 20th century. It is constructed of brick with an asbestos cement slate roof. The building is three storeys high and features a modern shopfront with a black glass fascia covering the entire ground floor. The upper floors contain sash windows with four panes; there are three to the first floor and four to the second floor, set within plain openings with flat, gauged brick arches above. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list due to its prominent position within a key group of buildings that form a setting to the Church of St John Baptist.
