Description

Chapel House is a house, reputedly dated 1699, with alterations in the 20th century. It is one of a pair with Yew Tree Cottage. The house is constructed of Doulting rubble with a double Roman tile roof and a brick stack to the right. It is rectangular, two storeys and an attic, with two bays. The ground floor has three-light bead-moulded stone mullioned windows, while the first floor has three-light casements in similar surrounds. A central door opening has a bead-moulded stone surround and a 20th-century glazed door. A single attic light is in the right return.
