Description

This outbuilding is located in the yard of J Coles and Sons, builders, on Canon Street. It dates from the 18th century and forms a pair with No 17, which flanks the entrance gates to the Priory. The structure features stone rubble walling, a castellated parapet, and blind windows with pointed heads. The rubble wall continues south along the street, connecting to No 18. Together, Nos 17 to 22, along with the Priory and the walls, create a cohesive architectural group.
