Description

The houses at 1 and 2 Watts Place are a house dating from around 1650, with alterations in the mid-18th century. They are constructed of limestone rubble with dressed quoins, and have an asbestos tile roof with coped verges. The building is two storeys high and originally had three bays, though the fenestration is now irregular and much of it is blocked. A doorway is located on the right side, featuring a plain architrave of dressed stone and a moulded cornice. The interior contains some 18th-century features, including doors and cupboards.
