Description

No. 86 Selwood Road is a building dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-20th century. It features a gabled and rendered front and stands at 2½ storeys tall. The façade includes a range of 2-light windows, with small plate glass sashes and stone mullions on the ground and first floors. The entrance door is located to the left. The roof is covered with pantiles and has a stone chimney with chamfered capping. This building was formerly one cottage with No. 85. Inside, there is a winder stair with moulded risers positioned against the stack.
