  1. Late C17 altered early C19 and later. On corner site with splayed angle. Painted ashlar. Cornice and parapet, plain eaves to corner part and most of return to Church Street. Hipped pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows to King Street, 3 windows to Church Street, glazing bar sashes. Mid/late C19 shop front with fascia and vertical glazing bars. Recessed glazed door in angle. Panelled door in round headed opening to right hand, arched fanlight; segment-headed fanlight to left. Gabled wing to rear with 2-light and a single-light c.1700 window. Interior: mid C18 staircase with ramped and moulded handrail and straight string to 1st floor. Newel of stair to attic has scratch-mould. On 1st floor west room has 2 beams one with curved ridge-stop of chamfer; middle room has chamfered beam with wood mouldings; east room entirely panelled, moulded raised and fielded panels bolection surrounds to doorway and fireplace. Late C17 door to attic stairs with 8 thin panels, upper 2 lozenge-shaped.
