Description
Mountfields is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from ashlar stone. It features pilasters, wide eaves supported by brackets, and a hipped slate roof with two brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical front with two storeys and an attic, consisting of three bays. It is adorned with 16-pane sash windows and box dormers, which also have sash windows. The central entrance has a panelled door and is framed by a stone Tuscan portico.
