Description

This is a house, dating to the 17th century and restored in the 20th century. It is constructed of random rubble with a double-Roman tile roof, hipped on the left side, and has two brick ridge stacks. The house is in an L-shaped layout. It has two storeys and three bays, featuring 2-light and 3-light stone-mullioned windows with moulded frames and leaded lights, each with a stopped label. A door opening is situated between the second and third bays, framed in chamfered stone with a stopped label above, and contains a 20th-century plank door. A further door opening to the left has a plank door with a glazed panel. A rubble wall, one and a half metres high and with a segmental coping, forms the forecourt. It includes a central gateway.
