Description
This is a house located adjacent to Jellalabad House on the northeast side of Mount Street. It is set back from the street within the grounds of the Jellalabad Barracks. The building is a three-storey structure, rendered and dating from the mid to late 19th century. It features banded end pilasters and sill bands supported by brackets. The slate roof has ridge cresting and eaves brackets. There are four windows, including a triple light with glazing bars on the right side of the first floor. Most of the sashes do not have glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a bay window. To the left, there is a late 19th century to early 20th century doorcase with an open pediment, a fanlight, and six-panel doors.
