Description
The remains of a churchyard cross, dating from the 14th century, are located about 10 meters south of the chancel of the Church of St Mary in Brompton Ralph. The cross is made of unidentified stone and features a square socket with deep broaches that form an octagon, along with a stump of the shaft that is also square broached to an octagon. At the time of the survey in June 1985, the cross was largely obscured by vegetation.
