Description
Laverley House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed and squared rubble. It features coped verges and a slate roof, with end ashlar stacks that have moulded caps. The building has a symmetrical two-storey frontage with three bays, each containing sixteen-pane sash windows that have glazing bars set within moulded stone architraves. The central entrance has a semi-circular head door opening framed by a moulded stone surround with prominent imposts. The door itself is six-panelled and topped with a fanlight that has radiating glazing bars.
