House and shop. Late C18, C20 alterations. Rendered and colourwashed, chamfered ashlar quoins, triple-Roman tile roof, coped verge to right, plain parapet with coping, brick stack. Two storeys, 4 bays, sash windows, in plain stone surrounds, plain band at first floor level. Door opening to right in a plain stone surround, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed, slab stone hood on cut stone brackets. C20 double shop-front and entrance to left of ground floor.
