Description
Nos. 10 and 12 on Bath Road are a house and shop dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is rendered and colourwashed, featuring chamfered ashlar quoins and a triple-Roman tile roof with a coped verge on the right and a plain parapet with coping. It stands two storeys high and has four bays with sash windows set in plain stone surrounds. There is a plain band at the first-floor level. The door opening is located to the right, framed in a plain stone surround, and features a six-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, along with a slab stone hood supported by cut stone brackets. To the left of the ground floor, there is a 20th-century double shop front and entrance.
