Farmhouse. Mid C18. Coursed squared stone, ashlar, Welsh slate roof. Lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, 6 bays. Raised quoins. 4-panel door in raised quoined surround to bay 4. To left a 3-light chamfered mullioned window. To right 2 windows of 2-lights with chamfered surrounds and mullions. Left-hand bays with 2 windows in chamfered surrounds, central mullions now missing. First floor: all windows are 2-light, and in chamfered surrounds apart from that above door which is plain; 2 right-hand windows retain mullions. Fenestration: C20 single-pane casements. Moulded kneelers, moulded copings. End stacks and one to ridge, all have cornices. Rear has gabled stair wing with Venetian window. Interior: right-hand room has large segmental-arched stone inglenook fireplace with carved fielded panels, on voussoirs and on each side an arched panel. To centre,rose motif. A large stone dogleg staircase with splat balusters. Upstairs a stone fireplace with eared architrave, frieze and moulded cornice.
