Farmhouse. Early C18. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2-storeys, 3 bays with central rear wing. Quoins, plinth. On right of central bay, 4-panel door in chamfered, quoined surround. Windows of 3, 4 and 3 lights on ground floor, of 3 lights above, all in plain stone surround with recessed mullions now fronted by wood mullions. Moulded kneelers, left one truncated; ashlar coping; corniced stacks to ends and on ridge between bays 1 and 2. Rear: on left a board door with 2-light recessed mullioned window (mullion removed) to its left. Wing has quoins and a 4-light recessed, chamfered mullion window. Interior: cross-beams; C19 wall cupboard beside fireplace at right end, wooden stair rises up side of wall between right-hand bays with a square-panelled partition on its right.
