Description

Number 49 College Square is an 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of local narrow brick and features a roof that has been renewed with concrete tiles, along with a chimney at the right end. The building stands two storeys high and has one window, which contains original wooden sash frames, although the bars have been lost. The window is set within wood architraves and has stone cills. A modern gabled wooden porch has been added to the entrance. This building is included in the listing mainly for its group value with other nearby structures.
