Description

Woodville, located on Stokesley College Square, is a late 18th or early 19th century building constructed of local pinkish brick in a Flemish bond pattern. It has a Welsh slate roof with a small wooden modillion eaves cornice, brick end chimneys, and stone coping on the left side.

The building is two storeys high with three windows, the outer two of which are smooth, segmental, full-height bows. The windows have been fitted with replaced sash windows containing glazing bars, stuccoed lintels, and stone cills. A six-panel door is set within a reeded doorcase featuring an oblong fanlight.
