Description
Number 13 Eastgate is an 18th-century building constructed of brick with a stucco front. It features a pantile roof with coped gables and brick tumbling. The building has two storeys and two bays. The windows on the upper floor are cased 19th-century sashes, while the ground floor has modern windows.
