Description

No 2 Railway Street is likely from the mid-18th century and is a two-storey brick building topped with a pantile roof. It features three windows with modern segmental brick arches. The ground floor has two windows and a re-sited shouldered doorway that has bolection moulding and a moulded dentil cornice. The entry is round-arched and includes a keystone and a fanlight with radiating glazing bars, which may have been re-used from Hotham House. The door consists of six panels, four of which are glazed. This building is included as part of a group.
