KIRKBY MALZEARD HIGH STREET SE 27 SW (north side) 10/83 Rose Cottage and adjoining house to right

2 cottages. Late C18. Coursed squared stone, ashlar with pantile roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Quoins. All openings have segmental arches with voussoirs. To left of right-hand bay a 4-panel door, to right of left-hand bay a 6-panel door. All windows to 2 right-hand bays are C20 casements. Those to 3 left-hand bays are 6-pane side-sliding sashes apart from that above door which is a casement. Stone coping. Brick end stacks and one to ridge.
