Description

Stable Cottage, located to the southeast of Tanton Hall, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of pebbledashed brick and features a pantiled roof with stone gable copings. The building has two storeys and three bays, with an irregular layout. On the west front, there are small 19th-century casements and fixed lights. The cottage includes an old round arched carriage entrance, with wide modern garage doors situated behind it. This structure is included partly for its group value with Tanton Hall.
