BISHOP MONKTON HARROGATE ROAD SE 36 NW SE 3082 6636 (east side) 6/6 Milepost near junction with Moor Lane - II Milepost. Early C19. Cast iron. Triangular in section, approximately 75 centimetres high, lacking stone support. Inscriptions: top panel: 'Leeds 23'; left side: 'Harrogate 8', with pointing hand; right side: 'Ripon 3', with pointing hand.
