Description

The ice house, located south of Camp Hill House, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and is mostly covered in earth. The structure is circular in shape and features a brick barrel-vaulted entrance passage that has been extended. Three steps lead down to a circular chamber that is 8 feet deep and has a domed roof.
