Description

The Hay Barn, located south of the Shippons at Home Farm in Broughton Hall, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and dressed stone, topped with a stone slate roof. The barn features five bays, with solid end walls. There are columns on the north sides and piers on the south sides. This building is listed for its group value only.
