Description
The Coach House at Broughton Hall, originally built as a stable block in 1787, is now partly used as offices. It is constructed from dressed stone and features a hipped slate roof. The building is a two-storey U-shaped block surrounding a yard. The north facade presents a symmetrical design with seven bays. The central bay includes a round-headed rusticated archway topped with a circular window and two discs beneath an open pediment. The end bays mirror this design but are enhanced with full pediments and two tiers of Diocletian windows. The facade facing the yard is plain.
