Description
No. 10 Kelfield Road is a farmhouse built around 1810. It is constructed of red and brown brick with ashlar dressings, featuring pantile roofs with ashlar coped gables and moulded kneelers. The building has two storeys plus garrets and is topped with three brick gable chimney stacks. The street-facing side has three windows, a central doorway with a boarded door, and single sash windows on either side, which are now boarded. Above, there are three similar sashes, also boarded. The right side of the building has a former garret doorway in the gable. At the rear, there is a lower two-storey wing with a former doorway that is partly blocked and has a 20th-century casement window, along with a two-light casement window to the right, which is now boarded.
