Description

No. 10 Church Street is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is built of pinkish-brown brick and has a pantile roof. The house originally featured a lobby-entry plan with a range at the rear. It has two storeys and three first-floor windows. The entrance, located off-centre, is a 20th-century plank door. The windows throughout are 12-pane casements, and the ground floor openings are set under elliptical arches. There is a two-course band at the first floor, a dentil eaves band, and a swept roof with brick coping on the gable ends. A ridge stack is present.
