Description
No 4 High Row is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with some ashlar dressings and has a 20th-century clay pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. It features an ashlar plinth and quoins on the right side. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century six-panel door with a 4-pane overlight, all set within an ashlar surround that has splayed bases and parallel tooling. The windows are 20-pane casements from the 20th century, with projecting ashlar sills and deep lintels. There is ashlar coping to the right and end stacks. This building is included for its group value.
