Description
No. 10 Market Place is a pair of houses with shops, dating from the early to mid 18th century. The building is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has four bays. The shopfronts are from the 20th century, while the first floor has sash windows with glazing bars. Above these, there are six-pane sashes, all of which have flat brick arches and stone cills. The building is adorned with dentilled eaves, shaped kneelers, and coping, and it has stacks at each end.
