Description

This is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Newbiggin. It is a three-storey structure built of ashlar, with a stone slate roof. The front has three windows set within stone surrounds that each have keystones. The ground floor windows have shaped jambs, and a band runs along the level of the first floor cills. The front door is made of six panels, encased in moulded stone with shaped jambs and a small cornice, topped with a keystone. A rectangular fanlight sits above the door. The building forms part of a group with Nos. 24 to 30A (even).
