Description
No. 24 Newbiggin is a late 18th century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed in rough ashlar with chamfered and rusticated stone quoins. It features one brick chimney stack and three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. The entrance door consists of six panels and is recessed within a plain stone case that has a coved frieze and cornice above it. A three-light rectangular fanlight is situated above the door. The building is topped with a stone slate roof. No. 24, along with Nos. 24 to 30A (even), forms a group.
