Description

No. 2 Duck Hill is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features ashlar dressings. The roof is covered with slate and has a single gable stack. The building is two storeys high. On the east front, there is a recessed doorway on the right with a panel door, and to the left, there are two plain sash windows with ashlar wedge lintels. Above, there are two more plain sash windows, also with ashlar lintels. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
