Description

No. 35 Kirkgate is a mid-19th century building constructed from colour-washed brick and topped with a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features two segment-headed sash windows on the second floor, each set within moulded stucco surrounds. The first floor includes a canted wooden oriel window, supported by angle pilasters and topped with a moulded cornice. The shopfront is designed with panelled piers and a moulded scrolled console, leading up to a moulded cornice.
