Description

The Magnesia Well Building, dating from around 1858, is designed in the Gothic style and is currently used as a tool store. It is a single-storey structure with a gabled front featuring two windows. The roof is made of fishtail slate and has decorative bargeboards at the gable. The building is constructed from grit stone ashlar, with rusticated block quoins. A lunette window in the gable is adorned with a hood mould and ball flower decoration. The windows are fitted with diamond leaded lights, and there is a central boarded door.
