Description
Daneholm is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, constructed from coursed squared stone. The roof has been renewed with asbestos slates and features end copings and square kneelers. There are end chimneys, with the right one rendered. The building is two storeys tall and has two windows; the upper windows are early 20th century casements with ornamental transoms, while the ground floor has a large modern plate-glass window. To the left, there is a six-panel door of later date set within a wooden architrave, topped by an oblong fanlight. The building is included mainly for its group value. On the rear elevation, there is a stained glass staircase window in an Art Nouveau style, with other glazing similar to that of the front.
