Farmhouse at right angles to road. Brown brick. Slate roof; pantile roof to lower wing. End chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with l-bay wing to right, set back slightly. Narrow central entrance. Elongated sash windows with glazing bars to ground floor and 16-pane sashes above and to wing. All windows are in flush cases and have flat brick arches and plain cills. Including brown brick wall with brick coping attached to rear of house and parallel with road.
